Geologist (Sulawesi Tenggara - Kendari)

Responsibilities:

- Develop & Manage Exploration Plan
- Plan detailed exploration of the Nickel concession, possibly other minerals
- Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data
- Plan borehole drilling patterns and drill hole logs
- Lead and monitor a team of exploration in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling
- Coordinate with mining department regarding future mining plans and pit limit markings
- Coordinate with Human and Resources Department, regarding marking of land of different owners
- Communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey
- Develop Geological & Geotechnical System
- Generate & Up date Geological Procedures
- Responsible for reliable Geological Model
- Manage & Develop Safety System within department
- Able to use AutoCAD and other Geology software

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Geology, Geophysics, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent
- Having more than 3 years experience in Exploration & Open Cut Mining Operation
- Strong in analysis and evaluation to check the potentiality of new mine concession and must have good reporting skill
- AutoCAD is a must
- Preferably well spoken and written in English
- Ready to work in remote area and station in Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara

Mine Engineer (Sulawesi Tenggara - Kendari)

Responsibilities:

- Develop Long-term and Short-term mining plans
- Responsible for the design, optimization and scheduling aspects of open pit mining projects
- Ensures the safe and economically sound development of mines and other surface and underground operations
- Liaising with engineers, geologists and other staff
- Assessing new mining sites and the viability of new mining ventures
- Undertaking feasibility studies
- Modeling/designing potential mine sites
- Providing consultancy and advice on mining and mineral extraction projects

Requirements:

- Preferably Male, age 22-40 years old
- Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00).
- Possess minimum 3 years experience in the same position specialized in Nickel mines is an advantage.
- Ability to used modeling/mining software (Autocad, Mapinfo, Surpact or Minescape)
- Understanding in mining operation like Overburden and Coal Production, Drilling and Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment and Supporting Understanding in Cost Analysis, Material and Transportation/Coal Handling System
- Familiar in handling heavy equipments to support mine operations activities
- Highly motivated, have good communication skills, negotiation skills, independent and dynamic with capacity to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment, hard worker, and have good integrity

C. TATA CARA REGISTRASI

2. Setiap Pelamar hanya diberikan kesempatan memilih satu posisi dari posisi di atas.
3. Setiap Pelamar hanya diberikan kesempatan 1 (satu) kali untuk melakukan registrasi.

5. Apabila Anda memenuhi kualifikasi silakan melakukan registrasi login

Duties may include, but not be limited to:

- Providing full support to improve safety processes and drill productivity;
- Ensure all field operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage machine performance, minimize cost and rig downtime, whilst maximizing rig performance.
- Preparing operational reports.
- Training employees in drilling principles.
- Providing workplace discipline.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Having at least 10 years working experience in drilling with 5 years in similar job.
- Competent technically with hands on experience and full understanding of rig equipment functions, capabilities and limitations and commissioning of new rigs.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting problems on the rigs, mechanical failures, and down hole problems.
- Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident investigation skills, knowledge of most common HSE tools and skills.
- Strong in creating, enabling and managing relationships with the clients with full respect and trust to gain their continuous trust and credibility.
- Good personal skills and ability to interact with all level within the organization including clients and key suppliers.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Strong computer and English literacy.
- Experience in mining situations will be an advantage.

Responsible for internal control and audit. Prepare reports to government tax officer. Reconciliation Monthly Tax Report. Verification and analyses of the reported amount of tax and the tax amount is inputted in the system to ensure truth and accuracy of data.
7. PORT FACILITY SECURITY OFFICER (FSPO)
Conducting an initial comprehensive security survey of Port Facility taking into account the relevant port facility security assessment undertaking regular security inspection of the port facility, ensure the continuation of appropriate security measures, implementing & exercising the port facility security plan. Ensuring that standards for personnel responsible for security of the port facility.
8. BUYER/ PROCUREMENT OFFICER

B. Persyaratan Khusus

1. Mempunyai Indek Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) sekurang-kurangnya 3,00 dalam skala 4 atau 3,75 dalam skala 5 bagi lulusan Sarjana (S1) dan 3,25 dalam skala 4 atau 4,06 dalam skala 5 bagi lulusan Pasca Sarjana (S2);

2. Umur pada tanggal 10 Mei 2010, tidak lebih dari 27 tahun bagi pelamar lulusan S1 (tanggal lahir 10 Mei 1983 dan setelahnya), dan 30 tahun bagi pelamar lulusan S1 Akuntansi yang memiliki register negara untuk Akuntan dan lulusan S2 (batas tanggal lahir 10 Mei 1980 dan setelahnya);

C. Tata Cara Pendaftaran

1. Pendaftaran dilaksanakan secara on-line melalui website http://ppcpns.depkeu.go.id mulai tanggal 10 Mei 2010 sampai dengan tanggal 16 Mei 2010;

2. Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran secara on-line dapat mengunduh (download) Formulir Pendaftaran On-line, Surat Pernyataan, dan Tanda Bukti Pendaftaran;

3. Pelamar wajib:

3.1. Setelah mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran, membubuhi pas photo berwarna terbaru ukuran 3×4 cm pada Berkas Formulir Pendaftaran On-line, membubuhi materai Rp6.000,00 dan menandatanganinya;
3.2. Membubuhi materai Rp6.000,00 dan menandatangani Surat Pernyataan;
